We recently upgraded our HughesNet service. As a result we had a fifty dollar rebate coming to us. We got the rebate check a couple of weeks ago and deposited it. This past weekend we got a noticy from our ctedit union that it was returned because it would not clear. We contacted HughesNet and fixed the problem right away. This is great customer service. Below is the email I just got from HughesNet explaining how they were handling this issue. Well done, HughesNet in fixing a very irritating problem.
