I recently got a Dell 11 Chromebook.  My old Gateway laptop died on me with a white
screen.  I had that for five years.  I had been reading about Chromebooks.  Here are the specs for mine:

I like it a great deal.  I thought I might have issues with it requiring an internet connect for most things but that has not been a problem.  I use my new Google Pixel phone either in hotspot mode or direct USB tethering.  I now have unlimited data from Verizon Wireless.  I have found that I seldom use a computer unless it has an internet connection.

I like the keyboard much better than my old laptop keyboard.  The only thing I really miss is a delete key.
